Actually I believe comp time is not allowed for nonexempt employees
according to the FSLA.  It is a fairly common practice for exempt salaried
employees and is legal.  In most cases businesses dont track and grant comp
time because salaried exempt employees are expected to work the number of
hours required to do the job.
