What about those of us that are new to the museum field but are not considered 
chronologically "young"?  Technically I am new to the field but (this is a 2nd 
career for me) have long ago passed anything vaguely resembling "young".  
Where do we fit into this committee?  I feel we have a great deal to 
contribute.
