Hello all,

We have a local very historic farm property that will soon be going up for
sale and our historical society is looking into perhaps buying this
property and turning it into an historic house/farm museum.

I was wondering if anyone has any advance in costs or reading material that
we should look at about starting and running an historic house/farm museum.
