AASLH is pleased to offer the following StEPs webinar free of charge:

Redefining Audiences

Friday, January 27, 2012

2-3:15 p.m. Eastern Time (be sure to adjust for your time zone)

Who are our current audiences and how can we engage new ones? Looking at the most recent U.S. Census, Susie Wilkening of Reach Advisors will discuss demographic change and the valuable ways in which history organizations can use census data.

Pre-registration is necessary no later than this Thursday, Jan. 26th at http://www.aaslh.org/Webinars.htm

Participation is open to both StEPs and non-StEPs organizations, paid and unpaid staff, volunteers, board members, consultants, students, and anyone else interested in learning more about audience research. This webinar is made possible through funding provided by an IMLS 21st Century Museum Professionals grant.

Webinar content is supported by StEPs standards and performance indicators. StEPs is the only national standards program designed specifically for history
organizations. StEPs enrollment is easy - no application, no eligibility requirements, and no deadline for completion. For more information about StEPs, visit www.aaslh.org/steps
