Peabody Museum, Harvard University, invites applications for a summer
Internship
in North American Collections. Students in anthropology or museum studies (or
recent graduates) are especially encouraged to apply. The internship is for
three months and carries a monthly stipend of $1,300.00 plus up to $600.00 for
travel to Cambridge. Interns will be expected to work under the supervision of
Peabody Museum staff on an area of interest related to the Peabody’s
archaeology/ethnographic collections or paper/photographic archives.
Applicants should send a letter describing their interests, a resume, and the

2000. The deadline for applications is March 24, 2000.
