Seeing the articles on scheduling software made me think
of asking here for advice on room and program bookings and
interpreter scheduling software.
We have up to a dozen interpreters, doing as many or more
different programs, using various rooms and outdoor sites. In
addition we rent out meeting rooms ... scheduling who is doing what,
where and when -- without double-bookings or skipped programs --
is time-consuming and can be a nightmare!

How/what do other people do to coordinate their bookings?

(We use Windows-based computers.)

Thanks!
