The "method" I personally prefer for the 'churches message' - where I find
inspiration and can feel the Lord's spirit is...in a church. I felt
particularly blessed to attend an early Christmas Mass this past December and our Priest
even brought some portraits (of Mary and the baby, Jesus and another of
Jesus) that he had painted. During the service, he also told us of the history of
the chalice he uses. The church is my museum to learn the churches message
and to find/feel religious inspiration, etc.

An interesting piece of journalism was on NPR radio this past week. The
reporter stated although the Museum has drawn controversy, while she was there
she asked questions on both sides of the issues. She went on to state the
docent answered questions from her group as to both sides of the issues. The
reporter later went on to say she was pleased with how the tour went, staying oout
of the controversial sides of the issue but staying within what the museum’s
purpose is. She did state the museum is a method of getting out the churches
message.
