Executive Director- The Handweaving Museum & Arts Center in Clayton, NY is
seeking a full time Executive Director to manage a staff of 4-8 FT and PT
employees and a budget of $275,000.  Candidate must possess a minimum of a
BA degree with a proven record of handling increasing responsibilities, and
a desire to improve the availability of arts in the community.
Responsibilities include general supervision over all aspects of the
organization with special emphasis on fiscal management and budget planning,
marketing, facility and personnel management educational programming and
volunteer coordination. Strong verbal written and computer skills are a
must.  Salary range is $30,000-$35,000 commensurate with experience and
