On another list that I'm on, resumes are posted to the list in one big
message every other week.  A call for resumes goes out to the list and then
they are posted.  Those who are soliciting for jobs can look at them and
everyone else can just delete the post.  Granted this is the DC-Webgrrls
list which has a lot of freelance and contract people on it so I don't know
if it would go over as well on here or not.  Maybe posting them once a
month would work.
