I have written earlier for this request but did not have a proper subject so
I thought I would try again. I have hired a staff person for a three year
term and would like to prepare a good contract. Since we do not have a human
resources dept. I thought I might ask fellow "listers" if they may have one
they would share or perhaps point me in the right direction.
