Assuming you like vitrines and plexi that could be a good choice.

Vitrines present limits of their own - their transparency means you can't use the back for a wall, that what ever is behind them, however distracting and busy, is their backdrop.

Plexi is a true pain to keep clean. Even in a "low static" environment, it holds every piece of lint. It scratches and if it is in a high light environment (we hope not but often we are faced with these situations) the imperfections of housekeeping and maintenance gleam.

In my experience the plexi (or lexan) vitrine covers are the most expensive
part of the deal and I would probably advise spending your money on those.
In the Chicago area we all use Cicero Plastics in Romeoville. Call George
at 815 886-9522. I cannot say enough good things about him.
