Thanks for taking the time to reply so thoroughly to my question! We are in
the process of an inventory right now, which is what brought up the issue. I
still had a file of cards for the objects we couldn't find in the last
inventory, and was trying to resolve that problem. I'm very pleased with
PastPerfect so far, and realize that the more information we enter correctly
in the beginning, the less we have to go back and add later. I was
definitely leaning toward entering every record, whether the object is still
here or not, but needed confirmation from some of my peers! We're also just
beginning to plan an expansion of our building, and I know having as much
information in PastPerfect as possible will make moving the collection that
much easier.
