In order to answer some of your legal questions and drug-residue related
conservation questions, I suggest you contact the DEA Headquaters here
in Washington, D.C. - under The Department of Justice.  They are now in
the process of establishing a Visitor's Center in their Headquarters
Building and should have those questions answered.
