I was recently (Nov/Dec 96) at a conference at York University, UK, entitled
"Consuming the Past". Jim Walvin from the History Department there gave an
excellent paper on the making of the Slavery Exhibition at Liverpool; he was
on the original committeee. I'm sure you could contact him at the History
Department, Univerity of York, Heslington, York, UK.
