Indiana University - Bloomington has an Arts Admin. degree program, but

My question to those who are involved with screening applicants, particularly for financial managment positions: Does the name of the school matter? In other words, would someone who graduated from Harvard business school rate higher than someone who graduated from a school without national recognition? I have been told that the name does matter so I'd be interested to hear more opinions.
