Hello all,
My museum is looking into creating a "sustaining" membership category where members would have money automatically transferred from their bank account to ours every month. We would like to track who donates/how much but our local bank manager tells us that this is not possible because of privacy issues. Have other museums set up a similar system? How does it work? Are you happy with it? We would be grateful for any information.
