Our small local history museum is without an Executive Director right now,
during the search period the Business Manager and I (Curator of Collections)
are Co-interim Directors. I've had a couple of run-ins with the President
of the Board of Directors over some curatorial responsibilites. We agreed
to sit down and talk about it. I'll give him my job description, and I
thought it might be interesting for him, and for me for that matter, to read
what other museums see as the responsibilities of the Curator/Collection
Manager. So if you don't mind would a few of you send on or off-list a
description or synopsis of responsibilites.

By the way, I agree with the remark a few days ago that answers to inquiries
should be on-list. I've had many of my questions answered without ever
having to write in.

Thank you,
Jerrie
