Ross is absolutely right. The Board President and I decided we should talk
about it. Over lunch we both aired frustrations and confusions and opened
our door of communication a little wider. We didn't agree on every issue,
but he does want to learn more of the inner workings of a museum. In fact
his greatest concern, and he said that of the rest of the Board, was that
they hasve no idea what I do as curator. I'll be giving each of the Board
members a tour of the work area and storage. This seems to be a good
solution for us and hopefully will aid in our understanding of each other.

Thank you to those of you who wrote in,

Jerrie
