I am seeking recommendations for a suitable archival basecoat. Many of the
specimens in our collections require re-numbering, either because the
number has eroded away, or because there is no number on the specimen.
I would like to find a light-colored basecoat that will not damage the
specimen, is archival in quality but could still be removed if necessary.
Thank you
