Hi all

I need some suggestions for consultants with a combination of skills

- membership analysis and planning

- segmentation

- digital media

Ultimately we want to understand our membership better in terms of usage
patterns rather than on the usual demographic/psychographic values. We
have two databases, Raiser's Edge with the usual demographic materials
and giving records AND Convio with responses to our e-path
relationship-building and their web and program usage. We're thinking
there is a custom segmentation lurking in there that may be able to
guide us in developing the relationships further, but we need help in
developing it.

Does anyone have suggestions/recommendations?

Thanks

Knowledge of the system we deal with is always incomplete. Surprise is
inevitable.

Not only is the science incomplete, the system itself is a moving
target.
