Yes, despite early optimism many Cultural Sector Web pages
 look like last years limp brochures, still in the rack.

"We're looking for clean design, quick loading and multiple
 levels of content -  access to information for those who
 want it - background, research and thoughfulness for
 anyone who has a thirst for knowledge or a healthy curious
 appetite.  Images sure, but not so many on a page that you
 have to go make popcorn to get some enjoyment out of the
 experience".
