   Even if you don't want to be surveyed you can still help, by

Do you have any examples of tangible benefits to your work or
to your institution from cyber-participation? [e.g. more visitors,
sales, enhanced research ability, critical connections with
professional colleagues, etc.]

How would having your net-access "cut-off" affect you or your
institution?

                                C
How much has/does your institution spend on "service providers",
Web page development and maintenance, and how do you justify it?
