Typical American chauvinistic ignoring of other nation's accomplishments.
The USSR/Russia put wheels on their landers on the Moon. Japan not only
put a spacecraft alongside an asteroid, they were the first to return
samples from an asteroid. Which is not to defend Park, who has taken it as
his life's goal to further the denigration of space exploration so
splendidly exemplified by the New York Times editorial in January 1920
attacking Robert Goddard. One must really wonder just how many people
still live in Purlock today.
