Many US museums buy polybags from:

Associated Bag
400 W. Boden
Milwaukee, WI 53207
USA

Phone for free catalog 1800/926-6100

Assoc. Bag is one of the best suppliers of all types of polybags, including
the grade hospitals need for bio-wastes. They also make vinyl and latex
surgical gloves. A good company. If you need a free sample, they will
usually send one.

>Also a supplier of conservation grade / archival quality (acid free)
>tags for attaching to objects?

Light Impressions (1800/828-5539) or University Products (1800/628-1912)

Both sell all the acid-neutral tags you can handle.
