If you've paid for tech support at Past Perfect then you should give them a
call and they will happily (and easily, I speak from experience) walk you
through any problem that you have.  I've had the image file disappear on me
as well and they helped me retrieve it and *I also learned what not to
do*...otherwise
you will lose track of your image file.
