For a session at AAM/Baltimore, I'd be very interested to know of any formal or informal mentoring opportunities or networking groups that specifically address the needs of diversity professionals. For instance, ArtTable, the organization for women in the arts, offers several structured mentoring situations for both young women just starting out or thinking about a career in the arts, as well as for more seasoned arts professionals. Certainly AAM's Diversity Coalition, under the able management of John Suau, is a great resource. But there must be other mentoring programs across the country. Please respond on or off list. Cheers, Geri Thomas, Thomas & Associates, Inc., 244 Madison Avenue #300, NYC, 10016. Phone: 212.625.2011; Fax: 212.625.2514
