In the Museum of Oddities:
Perplexing strangeness including an item on loan from
the collection of Myrna Harvey and Dennis Hrubizna:
"I didn't realize its power!" she said as she lovingly caressed the
small relic. "Before we acquired it, my husband and I had nothing but toil, trouble,
trial and tribulation. Now, all we have is good luck. I'm not kidding.
He is now constantly winning at the casino and I am continually getting
pregnant. We can't begin to put a value on it."
This small unassuming item's identity is uncertain. Some experts believe
it to be the chin tuft of a Himalayan yak. Others insist it is merely
drain pipe sludge from the old Grain Exchange building. Whatever the
case, the testimony above appears to certify its seeming therapeutic
stature, to say nothing of its monetary value.
In addition, it is a beautiful thing.
