Dear Museum-Listers,

We are working on putting together a contract that all caterers who come in
to use our facilities must sign. This is to ensure that they know the
policies and procedures of our facilities as relevant to catering.  have a
catering kitchen/convention center, but we also cater events in the museum
spaces.

Does any other museum facility do this? If so would you be willing to share
a copy of your contract as an example?
