we run 2 camps:
Mission Mill Players for ages 8-13 (1/2 day for 5 days)
Mini-Players for ages 5-7 (2 hours for 4 days)
plus we offer a Teen Interpreter Program for youth ages 14-18
We've had little if any problems with parents and ages, save a few parents who think their 6 year old is too mature for the younger kids...
Hope this helps

We have a summer camp for kids
currently in 3rd through 6th grade. It is a small group
each week – only 20 kids. We do not split them up by age – the range of ages
are welcome at each week.
Part of this is to experience
multi-age learning experiences, as early 19th century schools would
have offered. We do sometimes arrange the kids by age at the work tables for
craft activities – so the younger kids may get additional assistance if needed.

I have a question for you all…how many of you have camp.
If you do—do you split up the kids by age?
How do the parents deal with that?
