We recently purchased a reproduction corset from R & K Sutlery, their website is www.sutlery.com. They are located in Illinois and we are located in Georgia and we received the item within the week. Their plain corset costs 67.50.

Subject: [MUSEUM-L] Reproduction Corset

Hi Museum-L,

I am looking for a reproduction 18th or 19th century corset to use in classes and at learning stations. It wouldn't need to be wearable, just something to show people what a corset is, and how it could cause deformity of the rib cage (we have such a deformed skeleton in our collection). Any ideas of suppliers and costs?

Thanks,
Laurel
