A number of the collection management systems offer library modules
and a few are built around library standards to start with.
ReDiscovery, which a few people have mentioned, has a good
reputation.  The library component integrates the library catalog
with the collection catalog, but does not offer circulation and all
the bells and whistles of a full library system.

Be aware that FileMaker, FoxPro, and Access are all generic databases
that allow you to "build your own."  Past Perfect, ReDiscovery, and
others are pre-built.
