Although we have very few objects in our collection for which we might
receive repatriation requests, I would like to ensure we are prepared.

We have an extensive acquisition and disposal policy, highlighting our
collecting plans in detail.  But it currently has no mention of
repatriation.

Could anyone share their policies, or suggest appropriate wording?
