Preservation Microfilming Workshop
to be Held in Las Cruces, New Mexico

As part of its preservation microfilming workshop series the
Northeast Document Conservation Center (NEDCC) will
present a three day workshop from June 10-12, 1996 at the
New Mexico University Library, Las Cruces, New Mexico.
The workshop is funded by the National Endowment for the
Humanities, The Pew Charitable Trusts, and The H. W.
Wilson Foundation.

Faculty will include Susan Wrynn, Director of
Reprographic Services, NEDCC; Lisa Fox, Preservation
Consultant; Bob Mottice, President, Mottice Micrographics
Inc. and guest speakers Timothy Blevins, Photograph
Conservator, Rio Grande Historical Collections, New
Mexico State University, Library and Jim Parke, President,
Southwest Micropublishing Inc.

The cost to participants is $210.  The price of the workshop
includes the cost of Preservation Microfilming: A Guide for
Librarians and Archivists, 2nd ed., edited by Lisa Fox,
Preservation Consultant.  If a participant does not wish to
order the book, the cost of the workshop is $150.
