I have been asked by my board to come up with some examples from other
museums on the percentages of the budgets spent on personnel, exhibits,
programs etc. They are particularly interest in the personnel piece.
Does anyone out there know where I can get that information or could you
share with me how your museum's budget breaks down percentage-wise?
