I'm looking for prototypes of inventions that were used, in the past,
in order to show what the future would be. One obvious example is the
amphicar (there's a good site at www.amphicar.com), or the personal
helicopter, or the domestic robot. Homes of the future, models of
space stations, strange vehicles, odd TV sets and telephones: where
can I find them? Collectors, museums?
