There's a helpful discussion on this very topic going on via the AAM
LinkedIn page. If you can get to it, you'll find some good suggestions
there.

From my own experience in moving collections, it is of utmost importance to
be organized and attentive to every detail. Keep records of everything and
write it all down; if it's on your computer, print it out. You cannot be
too meticulous in this regard!
