Jheuman:

Museum buildings falling apart? Well, if that is the case, then the museum
should close until they can find the funds to keep their building in order. I
used to work at an historical museum that needed serious renovations.. they
have had to close down at times to save money or just not hire. A museum
would run a serious risk of losing the rest of their visitors because they
can't afford to keep up their facilities? When I worked at this museum, I
have received complaints and seen very unhappy customers because of the
condition of the facilities... word of mouth can make or break a business and
looking at the fact they had to lay off many of their part-time help, that
word of mouth probably was the culprit.

Sincerely,

Merri C. Pemberton
