Dear listers,

It also may be worth considering programs on cultural policy offered at such
institutions as University of Pennsylvania, Rutgers University, NJ, and
Woodrow Wilson International School of Princeton University. The Center of
Arts and Culture, Washington, DC,  is overseeing a series of publications on
the subject.
