No, we don't have them. But in a time when movie theaters and stores
have gotten hit, is it just a matter of time?
What policies or procedures do you have in place - or think would be a
good idea - to reduce your chances of an infestation?
We have an onsite caretaker with a studio apartment at one of our
museums. He supplements his income by selling items on Craigslist.
Just today it occurred to me to check in with him on where he gets the
items to sell - and to make certain he is not bringing in "street
furniture" or items from other questionable sources into the building.
Is there anything else I should be doing?
Of course, what is a questionable source when major clothing stores in
NYC have had to close for cleaning?
Anyone had to deal with this yet?
And apologies if I made anyone feel a little itchy with this post!
