I believe that Brenda Barrett is still Director for the state's Bureau
for Historic Preservation in Harrisburg, PA 717-787-4363.  Our
architecture firm has had a number of projects come under her review
over the years.  She may know a lot about the neighborhood you are
studying if it is in PA.  Good luck!
