I concur with Tricia Edwards comments regarding income for education
programs. I would also add that in the case of programs that fall into the
"community service" category and do not earn income, often there is
underwriting or a grant allowing the program to be offered. At the very
least, it is often possible to have some materials or services donated by
museum supporters in the communtiy.
