To all the members,

I am desperately seeking advise and resources in the development and more
particularly the management of museums and art galleries. I am currently
working on a project that can most briefly be described as a complete
redefining and re organization of a current Museum of Contemporary art,
which has been initiated by its current relocation into the heart of the
city. I would particularly like information concerning budgetary
requirements and the formation of financial plan of attack. Currently we
are running on limited resources and are in the process of developing and
implementing a capital campaign, but we need some insight into the details
of how much and what is needed to make an museum function properly. If
there are any studies of books on the topic that would be fantastic and if
there are any other resources we can tap i9nto the information would be much
appreciated.

Thank you again.
