Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Silvia Filippini Fantoni and I am a student
at Sorbonne University where I am completing my PhD on
personalization in museums.

Within the context of my PhD research I have come to
realize that there is a lot of confusion in the museum
sector about the meaning of personalization. In order
to try to make more clarity, I have prepared a short
questionnaire that should help me collect useful
feedback from various professionals in this sector and
provide a more clear definition of what
personalization is within a museum context. The
questionnaire will only take 5 minutes to fill out.
Your participation is deeply appreciated.

To access the survey, click on the following link:

Thank you in advance for your interest,

Silvia Filippini Fantoni
