The other thing to consider is loss of business coverage.  If you charge admissions, what are you likely to lose for each day the museum is forced
to keep its doors closed to visitors?  What will it cost you to set your staff up in a different facility until your regular facility is back in operation. This is increasingly popular coverage for NPO's and it's a line of coverage that insurers know well from writing policies to cover for-profit enterprises.
