The Milwaukee County Historical Society needs volunteers to help with our
front desk and gift shop. Answer phones, greet visitors, process gift shop
transactions, and occasionally help with mailings and other projects.

Sometimes the only contact a visitor or phone caller has with the Society is
through this volunteer position. Your enthusiasm and knowledge will help
make their visit or phone call an enjoyable experience.

Must be friendly, reliable, and feel comfortable working with or learning
how to use a multi-line phone system. Must have basic computer skills.
