support team is looking for people with a strong desire to assist our
clients with the use and maintenance of the world's most popular museum
software.
Pastime Software Company, Inc. is currently looking for a talented and
energetic collection management professional to join our Operational Support
staff. This position is primarily responsible for assisting PastPerfect
customers with the operational aspects of using PastPerfect and its upgrade
components.
Starting with an annual salary in the high 20's to low 30's, this full-time
position involves a Monday through Friday 9am-6pm work week in our Exton,
Pennsylvania office. Position benefits include corporate contributions to
retirement funds, medical and dental insurance, as well as paid vacation and
sick leave.
Knowledge of museums and a "people-friendly, customer-first" attitude are
essential. Experience with PastPerfect and computers, including networking
and security, is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
are required.
