Ed and Jim, I'll agree it's acoustically exciting...it's like nothing I've
ever seen!  As soon as I can get it rigged up I'll send an image.
Incidentally, we also have another giant megaphone in our collection, same
shape but longer and skinnier (6' long approx), that was used to call
farmers in from the fields.  We also have an image of one like it being
used.  The megaphone in question, however, is much more "formal"...looks
like it must have been used on a stage or in some similar capacity.
