We are going to be adding 2 buildings to our property, and moving our
offices to one of these. The building we currently use for office space
will be redesignated for exhibits and such. Currently, architectural
firms are making bids on this project.

So to answer your question, we're hiring an architect to help plan the
redesignated space. If, however, we were only doing a redesignation of
space rather than also moving buildings, I don't know how my manager
would approach it. Sorry!
