FULL TIME POSITION AVAILABLE

Title:  Museum Services Coordinator

Under the supervision of the Director of Museum Services, this
individual will be responsible for the following:

  Writing, coordination and production of the bi-monthly newsletter
Memo   to Members.

  Preparation of financial and statistical reports.

  Assisting with special marketing initiatives.

  Organizing national and regional conference participation.

  Coordination of logistics for AFA's annual Directors Forum program.

  Serving as liaison between the AFA and over 500 Institutional Members.

  Serving as liaison with vendors of reduced rate service programs.

  Additional projects as needed.

Applicant should have a strong background in Art History and/or museum
experience.  Strong oral and written communication skills are essential,
as is word processing in Windows and attention to detail.
QuarkXPress/desktop publishing knowledge is a plus.

Salary in low 20's.  Excellent benefit package that includes three weeks
vacation.
