Hey All,

Me again! Cape Fear Museum wonders if anyone out there has written
procedures their research departments have developed for handling and
tracking requests for information. Particularly:

Has a form been developed that records the request, response, and tracks
   response time?
How are various requests handled as far as charging for services?
Has anyone considering not responding to called-in or e-mail requests --
requiring that the interested individuals come to your site and do their
   own research?

Thanks,

Tim
